REFUND POLICY & SERVICE TERMS
Commitment to the Process
At Falyn Hunter Morningstar, all services, consultations, wellness education, coaching experiences, mindfulness offerings, lab review sessions, and wellness support programs are designed to provide individualized educational support, practitioner time, wellness insight, accountability, and access to proprietary resources.
By purchasing any service, package, consultation, digital offering, wellness experience, or educational program through Falyn Hunter Morningstar, clients acknowledge and agree to the following refund and service policies.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Due to the time, preparation, educational resources, practitioner review, intellectual property, scheduling commitments, administrative work, personalized support, and digital materials involved in wellness services, no refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Wellness consultations
Coaching sessions
Functional wellness testing reviews
Educational wellness programs
Lifestyle coaching
Mindfulness offerings
Guided meditation experiences
Supplement support services
Digital products
Downloadable materials
Memberships
Workshops
Courses
Packages
Personalized wellness plans
Session bundles
Frequency based experiences
Missed appointments
Subscription based offerings
Clients understand they are purchasing access to Falyn Hunter Morningstar’s time, education, experience, wellness guidance, support structure, intellectual property, and educational resources.
Practitioner Time & Intellectual Property
A significant portion of services provided by Falyn Hunter Morningstar includes:
Session preparation
Wellness education
Personalized review time
Administrative support
Resource development
Messaging support
Wellness analysis
Custom guidance
Educational framework creation
Access to proprietary systems and methodologies
Clients acknowledge that these services involve substantial time investment and intellectual property which cannot be returned once accessed, delivered, scheduled, reviewed, downloaded, discussed, or initiated.
As such, all sales are considered earned upon purchase.
Consultation Fees
Initial consultations and booking deposits are non refundable.
Consultation fees reserve dedicated practitioner time and administrative preparation and therefore cannot be refunded once scheduled.
If a client chooses to move forward into a qualifying program or package, consultation credits may be applied toward eligible offerings at the discretion of Falyn Hunter Morningstar.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited and non transferable.
Missed appointments, no shows, forgotten appointments, or late cancellations are non refundable.
Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of services at the discretion of Falyn Hunter Morningstar.
Digital Products & Educational Materials
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non refundable.
This includes:
PDFs
Wellness guides
Courses
Workshops
Meditation resources
Audio experiences
Frequency based content
Downloadable educational materials
Client resources
Membership materials
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, resale, copying, or commercial use of proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.
Subscription & Membership Services
Clients enrolled in recurring wellness memberships, coaching support, or subscription based services may cancel future billing cycles according to the cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase.
However:
Previous payments are non refundable
Partial month refunds will not be issued
Unused services do not qualify for reimbursement
Clients are responsible for managing cancellations prior to the next billing date.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing services through Falyn Hunter Morningstar, clients agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes for services, educational materials, practitioner time, or resources already provided.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:
All active services may be immediately terminated
Access to resources and programs may be revoked
Outstanding balances may become immediately due
Supporting documentation may be submitted to payment processors and financial institutions
This includes signed agreements, session records, communication history, booking confirmations, and acknowledgment of these policies.

Wellness outcomes
Healing timelines
Emotional results
Physical changes
Supplement responses
Lifestyle outcomes
Individual progress
Each individual’s wellness journey is unique and influenced by numerous factors beyond the scope of services provided.
Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for refunds.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Reading all service descriptions before purchase
Asking questions before enrolling
Understanding the scope of wellness educational services provided
Determining whether offerings align with their goals and expectations
By purchasing services, clients acknowledge they are voluntarily choosing to participate in educational wellness support services.
Policy Acceptance
By purchasing, booking, enrolling, or participating in any offering associated with Falyn Hunter Morningstar, clients acknowledge that they:

Voluntarily agree to these policies
Understand all sales are final
Waive the right to seek refunds outside applicable legal protections
Understand practitioner time and intellectual property are non refundable
